Challenge #1 - Elina

Happy 1st of October and Happy card making day!!

here is your first challenge it is being set by our newbie

Elina Katechi

Elinas challenge for you is

to make a card with layers,
lots and lots of layers,

more than 3 to be exact.

You can distress them,

use punches,

use pop dots,

anything you can think of......

just Get Creative!!

Η πρόκληση για τη 1η Οκτωβρίου

είναι να χρησιμοποιήσετε layers (στρώσεις) χαρτιού στην κάρτα σας,

όσα θέλετε αρκεί να είναι από 3 και πάνω!

Μπορείτε να κάνετε στα χαρτιά σας distress,

να τα κόψετε με κοπτικά, να τα τσαλακώσετε, να τα ανασηκώσετε ή ότι άλλο φαντάζεστε!!!

Exciting month ahead......

Hey there every one!

I have to take a moment again and
thank all you wonderful crafty people

for taking part in our challenges!

You are fabulous!!!!

So to thank you,

for the entire month of October we will be holding

many many many card challenges

in celebration of International card making day,

October 1st.

The challenges will be set
by the design team and

each challenge will have a separate prize,

then at the end of the month

all the entries of the month

will go into the random generator and the winner

will have this to play with...

Με την ευκαιρία θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω

όλους εσάς που παίρνετε μέρος στις προκλήσεις μας,

είστε καταπληκτικοί και απίστευτα δημιουργικοί!!!!

Για να σας ευχαριστήσω,

για τον μήνα Οκτώβρη θα φιλοξενήσουμε

πάρα πολλές προκλήσεις για κάρτες,

γιορτάζοντας έτσι την Παγκόσμια ημέρα

δημιουργίας καρτών,

Eudokia's project for September

Today Eudokia is ready to share another unique project!

Hello everyone! Happy 'Back to School' to those who have young children, or are children at heart!! Today's project is a simple construction which would make a great gift for the young or old!

Γεια σας!!!

Θέλω πρώτα πρώτα να σας ευχηθώ καλό χειμώνα!Καλή σχολική χρονιά για όσους έχουν παιδάκια στο σχολείο ή είναι οι ίδιοι μεγάλα παιδιά σε σχολείο!

Σήμερα το project μας είναι μια απλή κατασκευή που μπορούμε να κάνουμε δώρο σε κάποιο μπομπιράκι που πάει σχολείο ή όπως είπα σε κάποιον μεγάλο !

Μαζί με σημειωματάριο,γόμα,ξύστρα κ ό,τι άλλο θέλουμε είναι το ιδανικότερο και χρησιμότερο πρακτικό δώρο!

Instructions / Οδηγίες

1. To begin with, we need a piece of patterned paper 4.75 inches by 7.5 inches.

1.Για αρχή χρειαζόμαστε ένα κομμάτι χαρτί σε διαστάσεις 4 3/4 επί 7 1/2(ίντσες).

2. Make the following folds: along the length of the paper at 1.25 inches, 1.75 inches, 3.25 inches and finally 3.75 inches. Turn paper 90 degrees and fold at 1.25 inches.

2. Το τσακίζω στα εξής σημεία : κατά μήκος 1 και 1/4, 1 και 3/4, 3 και 1/4, 3 και 3/4.
Γυρίζω το χαρτί μου 90 μοίρες και τσακίζω στο 1 και 1/4 της ιντσας.

3. Cut the side piece off. Cut along the folds of the rest until the horizontal fold [as shown in photo below] and if desired with a circular punch cut and semi circle at top centre.

3.Κόβω το ακριανό κομμάτι και το αφαιρώ τελείως.Κόβω και τα υπόλοιπα στο σημείο μέχρι το ψαλίδι μου να συναντήσει την άλλη γραμμή που χαραξα και κόβω αν θέλω με ένα κυκλικό κόπτη λίγο από το πάνω μέρος όπως δείχνει η εικόνα.

4. Glue sides, edges to make your box.

4.Κολλάω το κουτί μου.

5. Decorate box, fill with pencils and it's ready!

5. Το στολίζω,βάζω μέσα τα μολύβια μου και έτοιμο!
