Katerina Laiopoulou

My name is Katerina Laiopoulou and I like to keep my hands, my mind and my soul busy, doing happy crafty things.

Scrapbooking is an old love back from my school years, when I used to journal on my album photos and add stickers everywhere.

In 2007 I found out that there is an industry behind it and suddenly my "disaster" started.... LOL.

I started shopping, shopping and more shopping and creating many layouts, not always beautiful, but made with love and fun.

Additionally this hobby brought in my life many new great, talented people that became my friends and I feel so blessed to have them in my life.

The journey continues as my love for scrapbooking will last forever!

I am so so happy and very honoured that I am Guest Designer at Get Creative Crafty Croppers this month.

Πω, πω,
είμαστε ήδη στα μισά του χρόνου!!!

η πρόσκλησή σας αυτό το μήνα

είναι να προσθέσετε ένα ή περισσότερα tags
ως διακοσμητικά στοιχεια στην σύνθεση σας.

Αλλά προσέξτε, πρέπει να τα διακοσμήσετε, και όχι να γράψετε πάνω σε αυτά!
Βάψε τα, κάνετε embossing, χρησιμοποιήσετε mists, γλίτερ, ότι θέλετε!!!
Βγάλετε ολή την καλλιτεχνική σας διάθεσει ... και διασκεδάσετε το!!!

Τώρα λιγα λόγια από την Guest Designer αυτό το μήνα ...

Με λένε Κατερίνα Λαϊοπούλου και μ' αρέσει να απασχολώ τα χέρια μου, το μυαλό και την ψυχή μου με διάφορες κατασκευές και χειροτεχνίες. Η γνωριμία μου με το scrapbooking είναι παλιά... από τα σχολικά μου χρόνια που κόλλαγα αυτοκόλλητα και έγραφα πάντα κάτω από το άλμπουμ με τις φωτογραφίες μου.

Ξαφνικά το 2007 ανακάλυψα ότι υπάρχει ολόκληρη βιομηχανία πίσω από όλο αυτό και από τότε άρχισε η... καταστροφή (χαχαχα).

Πολλά ψώνια, πολλές νέες και όμορφες γνωριμίες και ακόμα περισσότερες δημιουργίες φτιαγμένες όχι πάντα με επιτυχία, αλλά με πολύ διάθεση και αγάπη.

Και το ταξίδι συνεχίζεται μιας και ο ερώτας με το scrapbookng δεν τελειώνει ποτέ!

Είμαι πολύ χαρούμενη και με τιμά ιδιαίτερα που είμαι Guest Designer στο Get Creative Crafty Croppers για αυτό το μήνα!

Ελάτε να παίξουμε και να δημιουργήσουμε παρέα! :-)

Η Ευδοκία μας δημιουργεί κάτι υπέροχα τσαντάκια ...
Γλυκά, και πολύ χρήσιμα ...


Γειά σας!!Το project μας για τον μήνα Μάιο είναι αυτά τα καταπληκτικά τσαντάκια!!Προσωπικά μου αρέσει πολύ να προσέχω τις συσκευασίες όταν θέλω να δώσω ένα δωράκι και έχω αδυναμία σε κάθε είδους τσαντάκι,κουτάκι,βαζάκι,θηκούλα κοκ.
Το συγκεκριμένο δεν είναι δική μου ιδέα αλλά το έχω δει και επειδή μου άρεσε πολύ είπα να σας το δείξω!




1.Για αρχή χρειαζόμαστε ένα κομμάτι χαρτί τετράγωνο με μήκος πλευράς 4 1/2 *ίντσες.Με ένα εργαλείο πίκμανσης(score tool) χαράζω κάθε πλευρά στη 1 ίντσα και διαγώνια τις μικρές πλευρές όπως φαίνεται στη φωτό.

1. To begin with we need a square 4.5 inch piece of paper. Using a scoring tool, score 1 inch on all four sides, and the small diagonal sides as in photo.







2.Τσακίζω όπως μου δείχνουν οι γραμμές.

2. Fold along the score lines.





3.Κολλάω με δυνατή κόλλα,εγώ χρησιμοποίησα διπλής όψεως ταινία και φτιάχνω τη βάση μου που μοιάζει με κουτάκι.

3. Glue the edges (I've used double sided tape) and make the base of the box.




4.Έπειτα κόβω ένα εμπριμέ χαρτί με διαστάσεις 5 1/2 * 11 ίντσες.

5. Then I cut a pattern paper 5.5 inches X 11 inches.





5.Βάζω κόλλα στα σημεία όπως φαίνεται στην εικόνα.

5. Glue the sided shown in photo (again you can use double sided tape).






6.Κολλάω το χαρτί μου περιμετρικά στη βάση.

6. Attach the paper around the base.






7.Έχω κάτι σαν αυτό.

7. You have something like this now.





8.Κολλάω μια διακοσμητική μπορντούρα στη βάση με τον ίδιο τρόπο που κόλλησα και το χαρτί μου.

8. Attach a decorative border around the base of the paper.






9.Εγώ έκοψα με το big shot και τα nestabilities-labels fourteen δυο σχηματάκια για να τα χρησιμοποιήσω σαν χερουλάκια. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε κι άλλα σχήματα αν θέλετε.Τα τσακίζω στη μέση.

9. Use two shapes folded in half as a handle. I've used Nestabilities label fourteen.






10.Τα κολλάω στο χαρτί μου και τους κάνω απο μια τρύπα.

10. Attach them to the paper and punch a hole through them.






Έτοιμο!!!!Δένω με κορδελίτσα,διακοσμώ αν θέλω και είναι έτοιμο να το χαρίσω....Το χερουλάκι μπορώ να το κολλήσω με διάφορους τρόπους όπως φαίνεται και στην πρώτη φωτογραφία.
Μια καλή ιδέα είναι να βάλετε μέσα από ένα muffin και να το χαρίσετε σαν ατομικό γλυκάκι για παιδάκια και όχι μόνο!!Ελπίζω να σας εμπνεύσει!!!

That's it. Use a ribbon to tie through the holes and your little gift bags are ready!!
Why not fill it will a muffin or sweets to give to something to brighten their day!

May is a month of celebration in our family...

birthdays and saints name days...

there are 4 birthdays, C3, my mother,me and my brother

and 2 name days mine and my fathers!!

Lots of presents and cake!

So.....

your first challenge this month is to...

make a layout telling us how old you were on your last birthday!

The Studio Challenges

I’m Amanda Jones

and I’m excited to be joining you as guest designer for May!

I’ve been playing with paper and glue since I was a little girl,

and have been scrapping in the format we currently know for more years than I’d care to mention out loud ;)

I have an eclectic style, one day creating a very minimal, graphic layout and the next a textured page with layer upon layer of pretty papers and embellishments.

It all depends on my mood and the product/photos that are inspiring me at that moment.

I like to keep myself busy and surrounded by creative inspiration.
